This is the cable that connects to my digicam. Does it have a standard name (i.e. USB cable)?

It looks like a mini-usb jack, but it's hard to tell from those pictures.
Here a clearer picture - to the left a regular USB jack for the computer side, and to the right a mini-USB jack for the camera side:

This is a standard cable. But beware, some camera brands put a twist on this to sell their own cables. For example, Nikon puts a little dent in the rectangle of the mini-usb jack. This way, a standard cable won't fit into the camera socket.

I'm not sure about the bottom right picture, but the others look like USB B plugs. The computer end of the cable would be USB A.

yes that is a usb cable and you should have another one to connect to your tv called an rca jack.
