Don't worry. Just present the documents that they want. Do it as soon as you get them.
Would you mind telling me what documents did they ask for?

I am going to have my interview sometime this summer. I want to be prepared. please mail me : rocioks@gmail.com or write it in the additional details of your questions.

INS still needs additional evidence for sure. That happened to my friend last week when she had her interview but the difference is that, she was informed by the immigration officer that once she submitted all the additional documents then she would receive her green card. Just make sure you provide them the documents that they require you to submit and you'll be fine. I dont think there will be another interview.

Good luck!

The officer is trying to establish whether or not your marriage is bona fide or not, So the officer would like to see letters or even emails between you and your partner established over a period of time. So as they can see the relationship develop as opposed to $500 bucks changing hands for a marriage of convenience for entry into the US.

Yep, I've been there too, and he did give me more information, like your card will come in the mail as we do have all your documentation. I hope he would tell you if you needed more documents, so hopefully, you were accepted.

After you submit the proper paper work your case will be reviewed and you will most likely be granted a green card but there are no guarantees.
