I've read both the Koran and the Bible completely through. The Koran twice and the Bible (from Genesis to Revelation) many times.

No, I have not read the Bible from front to back, and I have not read the Torah. I will not read the Koran.
As for answering questions, just because I have not read the Bible completely, as yet, does not mean I am not qualified to answer. Often it is the leading of God through the Holy Spirit that answers are given.

I have read the Bible through many times, just reading the Bible front to back does not mean that you have understanding though. God must put his Holy Spirit upon you for you to gain understanding, and he does this only for those who are earnestly searching for him. He will not give understanding to those who read his word looking for ways to convince people it's a lie, or to mock it, nor will he give understanding to ones who are wise in their own eyes, but instead, as Jesus the Son of God said to his Father; "I publicly praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones and have revealed them to babes. Yes, O Father, because to do thus came to be the way approved by you." Matthew 11:25,26.
