WHAT THE HECK is you question? Cardio is awesome but you'll burn more calories throughout the day by adding strength training. Seriously. Thats where you will really work out! About the nipples...its probably just a little chafing. Put bandaids over them when you exercise! I am a woman with big breasts too, and I of course wear a sports bra. But if I didnt, it would hurt and there would be chafing on the nipples. Ouch! If they hurt when you run, try getting a tight spandex-y shirt that will hold them in place and not make them bounce so much...if you are self concious, wear a loose t shirt over the tight spandex one. hope this helps.

The body can only burn 2lbs of fat per week. Any more weight loss and you are losing muscle and fluids. Muscle helps you lose weight by increasing your metabolism so you want to be careful to keep.

25lbs a month is almost a pound a day and such rapid weight loss will cause your body to panic and go into energy saver mode. Your metabolism will slow, it will be more difficult for you to lose weight, and your body will try to pile on the pounds when it gets the chance. You will also have increased cravings for food and possibly suffer serious medical effects.

So you can hope to lose 100lbs of fat in a little less than a year if you do things right. You will actually lose more in a year because you will lose fluid as well. So you might reach your goal in say 8-9 months.

This is what you need to do.

1. Figure out your resting metabolic rate. This will vary depending on your sex, height, and weight. It is the number of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight when you're doing nothing.

2. Subtract 300 to 500 calories from that. This is the amount of calories per day you should consume.

3. Eat "clean". This is what body builders do. It involves the following.

Cut out most but not all fats. Try not to eat anything with over 5 or 7 grams of fat in it. There are some exceptions like the occational serving of peanut butter. Increase your vegetable intake. Try eating these first during a meal. You can put seasoning and low fat margarine on them if you want. Try to eat more complex carbohydrates than simple carbohydrates. They take longer to break down. The glycemic index has a good list of foods with complex carbohydrates. For example, you may want to choose a baked potato over white bread if given the chance.

Eat smaller meals and eat more frequently. The average person has three meals and two snacks a day but you can actually eat equal portions five times a day if you want.

Keep your portions of the proper size. You can have large servings of vegetables but your meat and carbs should be moderated. Speaking of meat, stick to lean meat like chicken breast, turkey, and certain types of fish.
Fruit is ok to eat but it's a simple carbohydrate so don't overload on fruit or fruit juices.

Excersize. You should do 30 minutes of moderate cardio at three to four times per week. Walking is good. The other 3-4 days a week try going on a longer, less intense walk. Take at least one day a week off though. Rest is just as important as anything.

That's pretty much how you do it. Simple, cheap, and it works if you stick to it.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Oh, so as to lose weight, all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS. It's priceless.
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. At present, I simply maintain my weight up to 65 kilos only.
Have a nice day :)
