my recommendation is to do a cardio workout after you wake up but before you eat breakfast (and yes - make sure you eat breakfast!!)
why?:
1 - after the 'fast' your body experienced while sleeping, you are lacking glycogen .. not having enough of this causes your body to use fat in its place
2 - insulin is released when you digest food and insulin slows down the movement of body fat
3 - less glucose is available also - so you burn more fat
4 - also you burn off what you have just eaten before you burn stored fat
So whatever exercise builds the most muscle for you is going to be the one that will increase your fat loss - the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn throughout the day. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get your heart rate up to the level needed to burn fat. 45 minutes is a good amount of time, but anything over 60 isn't going to make much of a difference.

To answer your question, all of the exercises are equally the same.( kind of hard to believe huh? I felt skeptical too when I first heard about it. But it's true! I learned it from a health class) They all deliver the same results. Any type of exercise can lead to increase fat loss. Intensity of the exercise depends on your physical state. Longer duration of exercise can typically lead to more fat loss than any other exercise. However certain types of exercise are more healthier for the bodies than others: longer duration plus lower intensity is generally A LOT healthier for your body than high intensity. If you exercise in a lower intensity, you would have to increase duration. Exercising in a high intensity, you would have to decrease duration.
A. Seriously, you can get injuries from High- intensity exercises. Don't do it if you're sedentary. Recommended only for exercise buffs. lol.
B. High duration can lead to increase fat loss. If you do it in a low intensity level especially if you just came out from a sedentary lifestyle, it helps avoid injuries. Overall, this is the best exercise to increase fat loss. Just be careful to start out slowly and then gradually increase intensity when your body becomes stronger.
c.High-duration/low-intensity- this is an excellent exercise intensity. Very good for the body. Just gradually increase intensity whe duration increases. This is exercise is very similar to B.
D. High-intensity/low-duration- same results but you have to deal with injuries if you're not careful. Only do it if you're a long-term exerciser.
I hope this helps you understand a little more about the types of exercises

Is this a quiz?
What I know is that there is an ideal range to work within for optimal weight loss. Pushing your body past this range causes you to utilize anaerobic respiration for means of energy (since you exceed your body's ability to keep the muscles well oxygenated). But anaerobic respiration is highly inefficient and the lactic acid produced goes to the liver to be converted into a usable form and remetabolized! So aerobic exercise is best for losing the fat.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to feature healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Suck it in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting pictures desk or making the supper. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to a new flatter stomach.
