if you don't know what that means... you probably should not be having sex...
basically he is asking that you allow him to excrete his semen into your vagina... meaning... you will run a high chance of becoming pregnant or getting an STD...
if you aren't married... it is best that you abstain from sex... especially unprotected sex...

yeah...basically. From the way you said that he said it he basically wants to uhhh "finish" inside you thus leaving you open to becoming pregnant if you are not on birth control and taking control of the situation. Better yet to think about, have you both been tested for hiv or disease to where you feel comfortable not using a condom? are you prepared for children? are you financially and mentally stable for them? Are you ready to give up your entire life and your wants and needs for the next 18 years?

Not necessary, most guys are not into the baby making thing - he just wants to release inside you... that is very pleasurable for a guy.
