Passion is important, sex is not. I think there's a big difference.
One is physical attraction, there needs to be a certain element of that in a romatic relationship.
The other is a physical activity that receives a lot of cultural hype but is best when practiced between consenting, mature individuals in an intimate and secure relationship - if sex is necessary to keep the relationship going, chances are, the relationship isn't worth fostering.

heck yeah its important. It is not the be all end all of every relationship but there is something to be said for that deep level of intimacy wiht your partner. No matter how many years it has been it is very important to keep your partner (and yourself) satisfied and happy in order to keep the relationship healthy. If it is not that important to you as it is to your partner, talk to them and find out what their needs and expectations are and work on a mutual decision from there.

Of course it is important. That is why it must be approached so gently. If you mess it up it usually cannot be repaired. But how old are you, I keep reading in these pages similar questions and it turns out the questioner is thirteen. So take it from me, it will come (no pun intended) along it will be grand.

it is important especially for two people who love each other,but then u should consider also ur limitations.im turning 25 and i have a long term boyfriend but till now we havent done it yet..but we are both happy.but ofcourse im not hypocrite to tell u that i dont like to do it.i want to do it...but it will be on a right time and right person.

depends on how old u r and if u dnt feel its important u shouldnt go for it ... or if ur not ready a year isnt that much if ur over 18 and u guys r deem sirious it wont hurt .... i belive in waiting tillm marrage but thats me ... its not too important when its only a year .... but u have to feel it inside

I say that if you are important enough and respect yourself then everyone else should too. That is how I feel about it. NO is no until you know that this is going to be the father of your children.

Is it the *most* important thing? No.
Lovely, if it's something *you* need, then it's needed. If it's not something you need or want, then it's not. Go at your own pace, and don't worry about what's typical or "normal"...normalcy's over-rated, anyway.

First...depends how old you are.
If you are underage then no...it's not.
If you are over 18 then yes it most certainly is as important as any other part of the relationship.

are you married to this person? the bible says not to have sex unless your married or thats committing a sin. if you dont care about that then i think you should pray. so my answer would be no. hopefully i helped you!
