Lots of different ways. Make the garlic butter first by chopping some garlic and adding to butter with salt and parsley. Take a french stick and make slices but not all the way through then put some butter into each slice. Put in oven until butter has melted and bread is nicely toasted. Alternatively use pitta bread and spread the butter inside - pop into oven or under grill until butter is melted

It really is a lot better to use fresh garlic rather than garlic powder. Garlic powder has a grainy texture and the flavor won't be as good as fresh garlic which is really good and pretty easy to make. Here's what you do. Take a stick of butter and cut it into squares and put it into a bowl to soften. Get about six cloves of garlic. You can put them through a garlic press or chop finely with a knife but it's better if you have a microplane rasp grater - it will end up being kind of a pile of garlic mush. Put that into a small nonstick saucepan with a tiny bit of olive oil and a drop or two of water. Cook over LOW heat. Stir it constantly. Use a rubber spatula because the garlic is kind of sticky and you want to move it around constantly so it doesn't burn. If it seems like it is getting too hot, just lift the pan off the stove and let it cool a little. It will have a really pungent smell at first. Once it starts getting kind of foamy and doesn't smell as strong it's close to being done. You can taste a bit and as long as it doesn't have that raw garlic taste it is done. It might take on a slight amount of color, but do not let it get brown. Once it gets brown it is on the verge of going all the way to burnt and burnt garlic is bitter. Add the garlic and olive oil to the softened butter and mix it all together. If some of the butter is too firm mash it with a fork. You want is to be fairly smooth so it will spread easily. Take a baguette and cut it in half (as if you were going to make a sandwich). Spread the garlic butter on the bread- you might not use all of it depending on the size of the loaf. If there is any left over you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days. It's delicious on steamed vegetable. Put the two cut sides of the bread together and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about five or ten minutes. Then, take it out of the over and open the bread. Put it back into the oven with the buttered side up and bake until it is golden brown. You can put a little parmesan cheese on it once it is ready if you'd like. This is really good garlic bread and great with pasta.

You buy some bagguettes (the long oval shaped bread), then you cut them into medium sized bread. After that, spread some margerine/butter on it. Then buy those tiny garlic sprinkles and sprinkle on it. (can find in supermarkets...i think)

For more garlic taste, cut REAL garlic into tiny cubes and just place them on the bread. Pop it in the oven, and take it out when you see it's golden brown.

Don't think that it needs to be more cooked. Just take it out ONCE u see it's golden brown because it might burn at the bottom side of the garlic bread.

you can either use the garlic salt or powder , or you slightly roast garlic cloves to soften them and then make a garlic butter by stirring the softened crushed garlic with a small amount of butter .
you can add other herbs to taste .

the prepacked garlic breads at the supermarket will have an ingredients list .

Some people are allergic to garlic so let them know what it is .

Take a loaf of french bread and slice it in half length ways. Place it on a baking sheet.

Mix 1 stick BUTTER (no substitutions) with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and colby jack cheese blend, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Once combined, spread on your bread halves and bake at 400 until bread is warm and cheese is completely melted.

To make Garlic bread you MUST use actual garlic, not dried, powered or salt.
Mince the garlic and fry for a few seconds and then mixed into some softened butter. Add a bit of fresh parsley then spread onto your bread.

Chop about 8 cloves of garlic fine , take 1 stick of soft butter mix well . Then spread on french bread ,sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it and cook in a 350 oven till butter is bubbly and top of the bread is golden in color . Just make sure that whoever you serve this too eats it as well, this way your breath wont be as offensive to that person. :)

Take about a 1/2 cup of softened butter & add about 6 minced garlic cloves, a small sprinkle of salt & about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix it all together & let sit at least 3 hours (overnight is better) to blend all the flavours. Slice up your bread (French baguette is my usual) thickly & spread on the butter mixture. Broil in the oven or toaster oven - watch closely as it will burn quickly. Take out when golden brown.

Get a baguette, cut through the middle lengthwise, open it up, smear both sides liberally with softened butter. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt. Put the two halves back together again. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 375 until fragrant and hot. Remove from the oven, carefully remove the foil [the bread will be hot] and slice into 2 inch slices.
