i am young... but i lack confidence why?!

well here:
- i have LOVE handles...they are so visible..it keeps me from wearing things i want to wear because the bulks of my sides are just too gross to look at... plus..
i have no BUTT to balance it out.. horrible i know.
and when a guy danced with me i hesitate to say yeah because i know he will have to hold my waist and thats where the handles are..urgh. . .


what excercises can i do for my love handles and butt?! i need love handles off and my butt to get big...
any suggestions..

yeah you can call me fat, i weigh appxm. 135 lbs and im 5'5 .. 3-4 years ago i was really fat and i lost weight and grew and i think the love handles just wanted to stay..gross... and out of all the girls in my family. . . i got the chest but didnt get the bottom!


it sucks!

go to a gym and start doing squats and leg press, that will help build ur glute muscles. now for the love handles stomach etc. just stop eating so much. im not trying to be mean but it is the truth. exercise just gives u the extra boost. but eating is the key!! cut down your food intake in half and u will see results. ppl think doing sit ups will get rid of love handles, wrong! there is no such thing as spot reduction, which means if u have fat in one place and work out there u will lose weight there. the human body looses fat wherever it wants. so just cut ur food intake in half, squats 3 sets 6-8 reps each , leg press 3 sets 6-8 reps each. weightlift only 3 days a week because ur muscles have to heal 24 hrs after each workout. Try running for 20min at a good pace 6 days a week. and any other methods u wanna try out but remember eating is key!! and stay mentally focused its more mental than physical to solve this prob. goodluck!!

ok, number one don't lose weight for anybody. do it for yourself if thats what you are wanting. A guy will love you for YOU, not your looks and if he doesn't you don't need him!

how to get rid of love handles. sit ups! stretches and twisting reaching up and down, side to side...getting all those tummy muscles! and of course meanwhile watching what u eat...

you are not fat. i'm 5'4" and 140 and i'm just a little chunky, that's all.

as for the love handles, try doing side crunches. just like regular ab crunches, just bend your legs over to the right/left to tone your sides.
