The cost of the train ticket is not fix.
It depends on the category of trains (Eurostar ES is the most expensive, then Interciti IC , then Intercity Night. ICN and so on), on the rate, on the class.

This is ,step by step, how to check the price on the Trenitalia website :
1.- link is http://www.trenitalia.it/en/index.html
2.- Fill up details (stations, time, ecc) and click SEND
3.- you'll get http://orario.trenitalia.com/b2c/TimeTable?stazin=venice&stazout=rome&datag=23&datam=03&dataa=2007&timsh=08&timsm=23&invia=SEND&lang=en&nreq=5&channel=tcom
4.-click BUY in correspondence of the line you've choosed and you'll get for istance http://orario.trenitalia.com/b2c/PriceReservationPLUS/travelchoice?stazin=venice&stazout=rome&datag=23&datam=3&dataa=2007&timsh=8&timsm=00&lang=en&nreq=5&channel=tempi&sort=0&npag=1&det=4&solotreno=0
5.- chose yr rate by scrolling the list - By assuming you've a standard rate you'll get
http://orario.trenitalia.com/b2c/PriceReservationPLUS/travelchoice?ratecode=1_1_1_1&cardnumber=1_&adu=1_1&boy=1_0&disptravfirstname=1_&travfirstname=1_&disptravlastname=1_&travlastname=1_&classe=2&trenoposti=1+PP&space=space&fuma=1+0&downonly=1+0&gender=1+X&pref=1+1+4&solindex=1&disp_coach=&disp_compartment=&coach=0+1&compartment=0+1&ritiro=2&iccardcode=&pit=&plus=0&det=4&nome=&cognome=&via=&cap=&citta=&provincia=&telefono=&stazin=venice&stazout=rome&datag=23&datam=3&dataa=2007&timsh=8&timsm=00&lang=en&sort=0&npag=1&provenienzaWeb=3&solotreno=0&request_receipt_pdf=on
6.- Here is the price of this ES train-for the trip Venic-Rome
€ 74 first class and € 51 in second class.
7.-Here, for some trains, you can also book the seat (but the system is just able to guarantee the seat but not its position that's randomly assigned even if they invite you to mark a preference) and buy the ticket (ticketless option is already marked for the trains where is possible this option).
8.- From this step on you need to proceed by alone otherwise I'll buy a ticket that I don't need..!!.

You can find by yrself the cost for all the destination. I cannot give it to you since,as explained, it depends on all the different options that you only know.
Raileurope is not the Trenitalia website. They have an easier system to find the cost of the tickets but they are offering only first class prices with (sometimes) fancy rates....!!

I wish it helps.
