i have a friend that claims that his 300zx have 300 hp in it, but i dont know that much about cars

The NA's have 222 crank hp.
The TT's have 300 crank hp.
1996 TT's have 280 crank hp. They lost variable valve timing and are OBDII.

All that being said, stock Z32's TT's will put down closer to 240 rear wheel horse power.

No. The 300 in the 300ZX non turbo represents the size of the engine 3.0 litre.

No only the twin turbo Is capable of making almost 300 hp. I think the non turbo was only 216 hp

300 HP is only in the twin turbo version. The naturally aspirated version has much less horsepower. I used to own a '91 300ZX
twin turbo. What a rocket ship!

ALL japs cars is limited to only 276bhp (stock production regulation) .. but with a bolt-on perfomance parts 300hp is nothing

Stock it doesn't but with a few mods, it is possible. Stock your lookin at about 220hp.

With out the slightest doubt absolutely NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! It would be lucky to have it with twin turbos if that was the only mod. you did. Kick him for he is dumb.
