Can I make a monthly credit card payment by using a second credit card?

Is it possible to recieve airline miles from two different credit cards, by paying one off with the other and then immediately paying the second off with a checking account?

yes but keep in mind you pay a much higher interest rate on cash advances.

Yes, as long as the original company accepts the logo (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) of the second card.
