Well, if you are over 40, most probably you are suffering from arthritis as a result of eating beef, pork or beans that can cause too much uric acid in your body. Well, better see your family doctor.

If it's only due to fatique or over worked well all you got to do is make hot compress. Or if you can stand not to take a bath the following day, better do this self medication I always perform with my pains.... All you have to do is wrap your painful knee with an ordinary plastic bag for two hours befor you go to bed. Then after an hours, remove it. Wipe the perspiration, then replace the wet one with another plastic bag. Kindly repeat the process thrice. Be sure not to keep you painful knee wrapped for more than 2 hours because if you extend the time, you will have blisters.
Then, apply your knee with baby oil. Do not use electric fan or to make it safe, use pajama to keep it warm.
The following day, NEVER TAKE A BATH. if you will take a bath, you might aggravate the situation. So, NEVER TAKE A BATH, OK?
Hope this priceless remedy will help you. If it doesn't work for you, you better see your family doctor.
Have a nice day and GOD BLESS.

What kind of knee pain? If it's in the joint... it's arthritic, which is exactly what I have. I have learned if you buy the over-the-counter supplement called glucosamine it will get rid of the pain. You can read about it on the internet. There are many different brands such as Joint M.D., and Lubriflex which are expensive brands (well like $17 a bottle or so) down to generics but it doesn't matter just get the glucosamine.

basically knee or joints pain happens due to the friction of two joint bones. This could be due to ageing of bones and also for lack of nutrients for the bones and joints. So by taking proper calcium, Iron and Glucosamine Hcl will ensure proper functioning of bones and helps you to recover from pain.
