Does anyone in Northern Nevada/California have a very small, young dog that needs a home?

I'm just thinking of adopting a new pup and thought someone may need to give one away.

I have a friend that is moving out of state in week and she has a purebred rat terrier she is trying to give away (Burney, CA) I would take the dog but hubby wont let me.
