does those bumps itch (ALOT)?
It's possibly an allergic reation. It can wide varity of your day's intake and what you were around. You might have ate something you were allergic to during the day. There were times I ate certain foods and I didn't get any rashed untils hours later. I got benadryl to help with the itch. If it's itching a lot... go get benadryl shots from a doctor. it'll work much faster.
It can also be heat rashes.

I as well, agree w/ all the above but would like to add.....the posibility of it being hives, do to stress. Hives can break out any where and different places of the body, this time it's ur upper body, next time maybe ur legs and buttocks. I to have the same thing exactly, and your right it happens all in minutes, i live on generic benadryl......take a benadryl if it happens again but if it continues see a Dr. for better results and diagnois......

i would jump into the shower and use body wash soap and wash youre whole body and back to stop itchin . it must be youre room has some bugs that can crawl into youre bedsheets and pillows . you should use hot water to wash them . and after you take the shower you should put some body lotions on yourself so that youre skins wont itches . plus you should check with youre doctor to see what kind red bumps that cause you having them like maybe something you ated that youre allgeric and didnt even know about.

I agree with all these answers but I wanted to inform you that if your going through serious stress and the bumbs are on only one side of your body it could be shingles. Thats only if its not an allergic reaction. But you would know shortly if it was shingles cause they hurt like hell. If it is stop being stressed. Shingles tend to itch at the begining of its stages.

Yes check your laundry detergents, and soap. Are they new? Did you recently change brands? If so then, that's probably the problem.
