How do I remove velcro rollers from my hair??

Is there any easy way to remove them. I bought them yesterday and I tried them but the problem when I removed them, they kinda stuck to my hair and wouldn't come out easily, is there any easy way to do that??

Slowing unroll them do not tug on them.

I hope your hair is extremly dry or that could cause a problem
