In a male dominated society, men tend to look down at women! Many of them can't even accept women as equals!! Such men feel insecure when they see women performing at par with men or better. They feel women are suitable to be subservient.
But, I am sure things are changing slowly!!

Thats bcoz women do not perform, in true sense. They just go around ask their male colleagues to help them out. Get work done through their male colleagues and claim that they had done it. Thus they show performance and get better salary package too.
While the guy who had helped gets some sweet smiles and thank you, which all worth a s**t. No wonder guys get jealous of the lady co-worker, whose true performance lies in the sweet-talkin and gettin her work done thru some guy.

men are generally insecure esp by a woman who does same job and even better job than they. they are just intimidated. do your thing girl.
