My daughter wants to have a Krypto the Superdog Bday Theme. She loves superdog, she is turning 4 on her birthday. And I have no idea where to go and get party supplies that has Krypto on it.

you may have to go with plain plates & napkins, almost any bakery can do a picture cake just print a picture of krypto and take it in, you can also make your own pin the tail on krypto game .

After an exhaustive search I have come up blank as well.
What you might have to do is borrow a few generic superman items ie. plates napkins etc. with the "S" on them.
toys r us , wal mart the cartoon network shop etc.
all have superman but no Krytpo.
I did a Spiderman party for my son once and bought primary color plates and napkins and they did the trick.
The only money I spent on actual spideman stuff was on the cake.
You might have to do a bit of work cutting and pasting images of Krypto and putting them on the loot bags.
Find a family or friends dog that might sport a cape and have the kids pose with him/her for photos.
I guess Krypto is not popular enough to have his own merchandise, but a bit of work and I am sure you will get what you need.
