If YOU don't even have the amounts you paid on the 1999 CC judgment BEFORE it went into default, then I suggest you stop playing JOHNNY COCHRAN and pay the dayum judgment.

You are wasting too much energy trying to be a paralegal when you could've paid this judgement off by now!

Further, keep good records (manila folder) of whenever you have to pay something AFTER being taken to court on it and losing the case.

You are focusing on the wrong thing given the severity of this situation. Keep it moving and pay it off so that you can attract much better things in your life.

I had a similar situation happen to me.

A credit union I belonged to filed a judgement against me. It was an 8,000 dollar loan. They were supposed to take payments directly from my check, and did not. I kept bugging them, and then they filed for a judgement against me.

I called about it, and they finally started taking out my money.
Awhile later, I quit my job to stay home with my children, and could not pay the rest of the loan. They filed another judgement against me, and tried to have a sherriff's sale, and take my car. I finally agreed to make small payments, since I no longer worked. I still owe about 1,500 dollars on that loan that I started 10 years ago.

Point being, pay it, or it will just cause more problems later.
