Christing hat and poem?

When I was prenant with my son, someone gave me a christing hat along with a poem. I can't find the poem, it was a beautiful poem. The only parts I remember are for the baby to wear it on it's Babtism and then with a couple of snips of the thread it is a hankerchief to be used on the childs wedding day. Someone very close to me is having a baby and I would love to give this as a gift. Does anyone know this poem?
