Yes life can be like that.
There is always something that can be done its just a case of finding it, not easy when its all falling apart. First thing is to try and take a step back a look at the issues you face, i for example write a list, i start with how i got in to this state e.g causes - triggers - changes then i write where i want to get to e.g aims - goals, then i decide how i will achieve my goals and what help and support i might need. Once i know what needs to be done i take control of one thing at a time because trying to fix all the problems at the same time can be impossible.Remember everyone struggles at some point.
It is important to find someone to talk to that you can trust and that would not judge you, your doctor might be able to suggest someone if you have no one close to you that can fulfil the role, without effective support things can easily get out of control, but with the right support things can be stopped before they reach crises point.
Asking questions and getting options (no matter how stupid) can only help you gain control and see that there is a way out.

Been there so many times I have lost count. I pick myself up, dust myself off and just put one foot in front of the other, get out of the house and check out everything that is positive in my life, and disregard the negatives. But the most important thing that I do is reach out to my friends and family and say that 'my life is a bit tough right now, can I talk about it.' I hope you feel you can do the same.

I put one foot in front of the other - and try to stay as much in the moment as possible.
I ask myself "just what is wrong this second" because usually there isnt something wrong this second - but when I am fearful about things that have happened and afraid of things that might I am pissing all over the moment that is happening right now.
I spend time outdoors if possible trying to feel conntected to something greater than myself. It reminds me that in the greater scheme of things my problems arent all that big
And I ask myself - will this reallly matter in a year?
Or I listen to CDs of rain and I talk to the universe sometimes - and then I listen (meditate)

I turn to Jesus and I pray. I have no choice because no one else seems to understand. I read the stories in the book of Genesis and Ruth and Job. I realize that God wants us to talk to Him all the time because He is in control of everything and will make things happen for the good of you. He will never fail you. He is perfect. People and things of this world will. Hope this helps. If you give it to Jesus, He will do something about it, you should go where He leads. He will carry you when you can't go on. You just have to make that choice and give Him that permission. Talk to Him, His love will keep you sane.

The hypothesis "IF God is loving and solid", might prefer to be accompanied with a clause approximately God. To persist with it with a clause some "follower" with the aid of call (and maybe now not with the aid of nature) won't say some thing approximately God in any admire. maximum human beings get their recommendations approximately God from one verse and a Composition Fallacy. Exo 3:14. i'm that i'm = i flow to be what i flow to be the text cloth fabrics publicizes that (now not a comprehenive checklist): A: God is a “ingesting fireplace” (Deu 4:24) B: God is a “jealous God” (Deu 4:24) C: God is “the rock” (Deu 32:4) D: God is a “wall of fireplace” (Zec 2:5) E: God is “a eco-friendly fir tree” (Hos 14:8) F: God is “love” (1Jo a million:8) If all Scripture is real, then God = (A ^ B ^ C ^ D ^ E ^ F) If we take the features of (F) “love” (1Co 13:4-8) and word it to the finished (A ^ B ^ C ^ D ^ E ^ F), it fairly is a Composition Fallacy.

They did not invent U-Turns for nothing. Always look at your options, then choose the best one. If it does not work, then look for other options. Never stop and never go insane.
It always helps to be with people who care about you.
