well, I believe knowledge and riches come side by side. The main reason we learn, is to prepare for us to use the knowlege we pick up, to get riches, if you really had aquired knowlege you will know how to use them to gain riches, and riches donsn't have to be money, it can be anything of value to the person

Look at the numbers of people who got rich and then blew it all. Lottery winners seem to head the list. Millions of dollars and then they're filing for bankrupcy.

With knowledge one can better themselves. I'm not rich, but I really don't want to be either. I'm comfortable, enjoy what I do for a living and can continue in my quest for more knowledge.

To have knowledge means you have acquire wisdom. When you have wisdom, you can aquire riches. You can get riches through other means but you cannot buy wisdom with your riches
