If you are born again (spiritualy) do you need to wait 18 years before you can vote? Or drive a car?

the problem about being born again spiritually is that usually means that you die intelectually

No, but if you are NOT born again, you won't have to worry about voting, because your liar leader will always be in charge of you in the lake of eternal fire. No voting for another to take his place and no impeaching. Satan's there to stay forever as your leader!

well..If you are born with all your experiences, believe me the government will prize you with a "Smartest Baby on earth" then you get emancipated ,and yes you can drive, have a credit card and get loans.
