That's not weird, I mean my ex and I are totally like that, we still flirt with each other, but it's more of a play flirt, we never have any intensions of acting on it. We know our boudries and we know when a joke gets too far.

no it's not weird and yes it unusual....I have an ex who I remain very good friends with and it's been about 30 years. I think it indicates that you were meant to be friends and not lovers.....

not that weird...if u two had a close, long term relationship..its normal to stay close...I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years and it feels like we have a better relationship now than we did when we were together...sounds weird, but it worked out that way

Nothing is unusual in love its the minds of two people and if they continue it through online it is nothing wrong but good.

If it didnt work out as a relationship why cant it work as friends????? Of course its not weird...I would also love to keep in contact and as bestfriend with my bf if we ever break up...But keep in mind any future bf you get is going to feel jealous about your friendship with your ex.....

Sounds like he isn't your ex then. If you are still having sex with him and consider him your best friend, sounds like a relationship to me. A long distance one maybe?

if you and he are comfy with it, who cares what anyone else thinks. lots of exes remain friends. you do what makes you happy and don't listen to others. good, true friends are hard to come by and if you have one you don't want to lose him because your new friends say its weird!!

If you still "mess with each other" he doesn't sound like an ex. He sounds like a boyfriend.
