I just made a big bowl of rice and pork but I put way too much chili paste and jalepeno in it and now it's so spicy it's pretty much not edible. My nose is running rivers and all my milk is now gone. Is there anything I can do to save it?

if you add butter or anything with fat in it (oil might work), then the fat will bind to the capsacium and make it less spicy. Make sure it's real butter and not margarine.

Or what you could do is have some yogurt or ice cream on the side to make your mouth suffer less.

I'm thinking that your rice and pork dish might be a lost cause, unless you make another batch of rice and add alot more food to it! I've made this mistake before and am yet to find a real solution!

Anything that you add to the dish will "despice" it. Try adding vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, onions, etc. If that still doesn't work put it back into a pot and cook it will a milk and add flour to thicken it back to a sauce! Hope it all works out.

Put plain natural yogurt in it & drink milk.
It will work, trust me.
