She has been spayed it just started happening, she is freaking out and walking, sitting, licking. No fresh poop, checked under her tail and blood is coming out. Bright red. HELP What to do?

Absolutely NOT normal. It could be an obstruction or something... go to the vet! Imagine if that was happening to you, I think a doctors visit would happen pretty fast! Good luck!

You need to take the cat to the vet! Blood oozing from anus does not look like something you can treat at home!

Find the nearest Emergancy Animal Clinic and take her NOW. Don't wait, or its very likely she'll die. :( good luck
