Where they do all the cooking that we buy from the supermarkets that is canned, bottled or wrapped in foil for us lazy cooks who wants food just to warm up at dinner time. I think it probably also includes restaurants kitchens as well.

Stainless steel appliances, concrete floor and/or counter tops, or ceramic. Usually top of the line and high capacity appliances and fixtures. (includes lighting, faucets etc) It is very clean and neat looking. Everything in the kitchen is durable.

Could also be considered a "commercial kitchen".....Restraunts, food packaging/handling. A commercial kitchen must meet building and health codes.
