How well do you think i ate today?

breakfast: french bread and mango jam
snack: yogurt raisen
Lunch: bean burrito(NOTHING on it cept beans to watch my waistline)
snack:trailmix
Dinner *ate lunch late so i didn't eat dinner*
watermelon
later that day i had a few pieces of mr. goodbar and a few fritojs pieces and dip later that night (yeah i know, not great but i was hungry)

Am i eating right or how should i modify this to get more nutrition

you need more food
eat some fresh fruit and vegtables, they're low in cal and fat, you can eat alot of them and be ok
seriouslly you need to eat more

Overall, not bad.

If your goal is fat loss, then I would recommend being careful with the trailmix. Although it is nutritious and nuts are generally good, they are high fat so don't overindulge in them.

If you have a late lunch, have a later and smaller dinner but don't skip.

If you are hungry later on, you could have either yogurt and raisins again or cottage cheese with grapes instead of the chips and dip.

Overall, not bad though.

Here are some links to a sample meal plan and a healthy foods list. Cross out the foods that you don't like and use the rest as a shopping list and a meal planner.

I think what you ate sounded pretty good as far as variety but how much (meaning portion) are you eating per serving? Are you also keeping active with eating those things? I know eating too much carbs (aka bread, trail mix) can cause weight gain without exercising. For instance I've been gaining weight because I eat high carbs without any form of exercise. I could have gotten by with it a few years ago when I was working out every other day and having dance as another form of exercise.

it sounds okay to me if you started your diet just now..but i would stop eating snacks like fritojs, dips, and NEVER skip your meal.

for snacking i usually eat dried fruits, but not too much of it because of the suger intake..but mostly i usually munch on raisins. oh and drink 80 ouces of water (thats 10 eight ounce glasses of water) a day, that should keep you feeling full =)

It sounds good. cut back on chips. Try yougurts or cerals for snacks. =)
