Nothing to worry about. In medical terms your case is called "nocturnal enuresis" and this may be caused by several reasons and can be treated easily. Just consult your doctor and he will be asking you about the history of this conditions, your life-style, eating habits etc.

there might b a problem with ur bladder ....the doctor gave me a patch because i had this problem ,but it could b a couple of other things-if u r diabetic ,they say that u frequently have to pee-it could b a little blockage that could b easily taken care of by a doctor-all in all,u need to have it looked into!especially if its something that is happening now and didnt happen before!

Do keggle exercises (easy way to do that is to stop and start peeing when your going to the bathroom) These are also the internal muscles women use when having sex. When you becomeare comfortable and know which muscles to flex you can do these exercises anywhere. At your desk, in your car.

It happens to people!! I suggest kegel exercises, if your female. It will tighten the vaginal muscles. Also try a panty liner if you think you will be in a situation where you may laugh, to help lessen the chances of a wet mark. Don't feel bad, its more common than people think. Good luck!!

wow, you are too young to be going through this already... I have had 6 kids and have been having the same troubles that you are talking about.... except that it' not only when I laugh, but when I cough, sneeze, and lose my balance, etc... I can't jump on trampolines, run, or anything else that is too active! :0)

You need to go see the doc and get this checked out. Sounds like you have some stress incontinence.

I think you should see a doctor. this has something to do with the muscles around that area. do u have kids? if so, that could also be a cause of your problem.

See your gynecologist. You may have a hormonal imbalance.
She can explain some exercises which could help, too.
