I have this guy friend, who a while ago I admited that I had a crush on him, and he said he might have a little bit of a crush on me, but he would rather just stay friends. Then he admitted he had a girlfriend. Well I recently found out he broke up with her for reasons unknown. well I still like him, even more so now and last night I emailed him, and just to test the water I ended with love, and then I put my name. Well he responded today and he did the same thing. What does this mean? And am I looking way too much into that, or what? I just was curious to see others opinions, so please respond! Thanks!

hey... ive been in that situation before! but, what i did was to wait for him to really prove that he likes me too... to prove that he also have feelings fro me the way that i do... don't wish too hard until you heard it straight from him..... maybe, he was just confused for now because he just broke with his gf... give him time to be sure on his feelings.....

Getting involved with people who just broke up a relationship puts us in an unhealthy position. You don't know if he really likes you or that you a remedy after a painful break up. People should have some time to be alone before getting into another relationship. Keep that in mind before you jump in. What if he has second thoughts about this girl, what if he misses her? Be careful so you don't get hurt.

Well slow down here...I write to my married friend all the time letters,email...and she (we) always put love or love always at the end of each letter and email. So he is probably doing it out of friendship. Don't rush things cause you could ruin everything with him. I have another friend who tells me she loves me all the time ..but just for a friend. So sometimes it's hard to judge.
But if you are in love with him ..tell him one more time !!! Let him know how you really feel. If he just wants to be friends still move on cause your are gonna end up hurt in the end.
