Wow, that's hard. It's probably a toss up between chocolate fondue and molten lava cake.

Chocolate fondue - melt together 2 parts chocolate to one part cream or milk. If it looks too thick add a little extra cream. If it looks too watery, add a little more chocolate. Make sure to do this over a dutch oven - a pot or bowl placed over another pot that has a little simmering water in it so that the chocolate doesn't burn. Dip anything that tastes great with chocolate. I personally love strawberries, pretzels, and pound cake.

Molten Lava Cake (chocolate cake with a gooey oozy chocolate center) - recipe from Paula Deen/foodnetwork.com
6 (1-ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
10 tablespoons (1 1/4 stick) butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange liqueur

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler. Add the flour and sugar to chocolate mixture. Stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and orange liqueur. Divide the batter evenly among the custard cups. Place in the oven and bake for 14 minutes. The edges should be firm but the center will be runny. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates.

This dessert is very elegant yet easy to prepare. Guests will think you are a pastry chef.

Kahlua Chocolate Trifle Dessert:
Bake a boxed chocolate cake as directed on box. While cake is cooling. Mix 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding with 4 Cups of milk. When cake is cool break into small pieces, about 1 in. pieces. Place half of cake into a trifle bowl or into a large glass bowl. On top of this pour 1/4 C. Kahlua liqueur. Then layer on top 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Top with an inch of cool whip. Then sprinkle half a pkg. of Toffee bits on top. Repeat all layers. On last layer I use a potato peeler to add chocolate shavings from a Hershey's chocolate bar along with the last layer of toffee bits. You may also add finely chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for several hours or over night. Extremely delicious.

Simple ice cream cake

Ingredients:
Ice cream sandwiches *the kind with chocolate wafers and vanilla ice cream tastes best
Cool whip
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate candy bar (i like Butterfinger)

Fill the bottom of a class pan with ice cream sandwiches, leaving as little empty space as possible. Cover with cool whip, spreading all over top and in any empty space. Crush chocolate bar in a ziploc bag with rolling pin or other hard object, crumble over cake. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill in freezer if it's melting too much, then cut and serve.

this is a quick relieve for chocolate craving, I love this cake so much, it's pretty quick to make and tastes yummy as well

200 grams butter
200 grams caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
200 grams self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 heaping tablespoons cocoa-mix with scant 1/3 cup hot water to make a paste
100 grams good quality chocolate (such as Lindt), chopped
a handful of flaked almonds

HOW TO
beat sugar and butter till fluffy, add sifted flour and baking soda. Beat in eggs, one by one. Stir in cocoa paste, then mix well chopped chocolate and almond.
Bake in 2 well greased 8inches round pand or a 8x12inch pan in 350deg. oven for abt 30-35mins (can't remember exactly how long, so pls check after 25 mins).

I love it just this way, but Jamie added some fudge sauce to be poured on top of the cake while still warm to make sticky chocolate pudding:
100 grams butter
100 grams icing sugar
100 grams chopped chocolate
3 tbsp milk
>>>>>melt chocolate and butter over double boiler, ad sugar and milk (and maybe vanilla?), stir until smooth.

to assemble this cake into a layer cake, spike the cake with a little booz like rum or any liquor, spread some whipped cream on top of 1 cake. layer with fresh berries, then put the other cake on top of berries, then pour the fudge sauce to finish it off.

hmm..i think I'm going to make this for myself now...
