You may need to be a little more specific.

Here's a few equation with acceleration.

a=dv/dt
where
a=acceleration
v=speed
t=time

a=Δv/Δt
where
Δv=change in v
Δt=change in time

(v_f)²-(v_i)²=2aΔx
where
v_f=final speed
v_i=initial speed
Δx=change in distance

x=x_i+(v_i)t+½at²
where
x_i=initial position
v_i=initial speed

acceleration = final speed - initial speed/elapsed time.
or
(acceleration)(elapsed time) = final speed - initial speed.

the 2nd formula is easier to use. =]
