I put on weight on my tummy,instead i wanna get a good bust size ........ m reallly tensed - plz gimme serious n practical suggestions. thnx.

protein and a great work out. maybe you need to gain some muscle weight. im 22, 4'11" &97lbs. im have the greatest BMI, i know, it sounds like im anorexic but compared to my height, im okay. i've been doing tae bo and hot yoga, i have lean muscles &i def look healthier &i do not look 97lbs.

how tall are you anyways?

u should start ur tummy exercises right away before it is too late

eat well and sleep well without doing any work for 1 MONTH. after 1 MONTH you will find weight on you1 but dont do this regularly you will become fat...

drink lots of water..avoid soda..try to avoid meat as well..eat 3 times a day..and yes...exercises prefered..do not skip ur meals
