I don't know when someone is teasing me or just joking? 60% of the time I know but the other times I am not sure. Why am I so serious? How do I know when someone is just kidding me? How do I loosen myself up? How do I become less boring and more lively?
In case you are wondering, I am not that much of a nerd. I'm in cheerleading but I do hit my books.

I have the same problem.
When someone jokes and says something to me, I get really offended, and sometimes threaten them.
And to losen up, I have no idea. No matter how hard I try, I only become more serious.

Imagine the world is playing a trick on you a wonderfully humiliating trick. Then look around you, watch and listen and learn to laugh at it all. Confront the things about you which you take so seriously, like god and sex and work and play and insecurities and fears. Walk into these like you were walking into a practical joke willingly and laugh at them all, laugh at yourself, love yourself. oh yeah and dont worry!

Maybe just start to hang out with someone more often that knows about this that is willing to help. You can learn a lot from others.

Perhaps you have a mild form of "ash burgers" at least that is what is sounds like, I don't know how to spell it. One of the symptoms is the inability to read facial expressions.

turn on the radio and dance crazily and retarded to any song that is on especially stupid old songs it's fun and funny too lol me and my girlfriend Lori do it.
