The day has only just begun. However, daily I practice random acts of kindness. Today, I will drive my friend to the doctor to get his allergy shot. He is blind. God bless****

Not yet, I've only been up a few minutes, but once I get to work, it's my job to do nice things for as many people as I can get to.

I just visited my friend(65 yr old granny) who was receiving dialysis 3x a week. I found her sitting at her bed and trying to put on her pajamas which was on the floor. She could not reach it because of her ailing legs. I helped her put it on. She leaves alone and her children won't visit her as often as she wants them to. Although they live just around the neighborhood . I went home after 2 hours of just listening to whatever she wants to say. I felt pity for her but I don't want her children to depend on me because they are much healthier and much younger than me.

Good question, I took care of my sick brother. He had a sore throat and fever. So I made him lunch, nagged him to call the doctors (which he did), made salt water for him to gargle, and was pretty much sympathetic to him. It was hard because his loud cough would scare the be-geezes outa me when the whole house was quiet!

I took a Co-Worker in a bad mood, and took her to a silly and fun place with me. She was smiling by the end of the day, it might have been me or not, but it doesn't matter as long as she was smiling.

I think so. I counseled a teenage girl who was thinking of suicide. She's now getting the professional help she needs.

I ordered pizza for my husband so that he wouldn't have to make dinner for himself. I was sick in bed all day.
