I have been using proactiv and it's been working to keep my skin less oily. But if you don't want to spend the money, I also suggest neutrogena oil free acne wash. I also use a mud mask once a week. Also, carry around oil blotting sheets to remove excess oil from your face throughout the day. Use oil free makeups and moisturizer. And do not wash your face more than 2-3 times a day. Washing it more will only make it worse because the skin will produce more oil.

Pro-Active. I always had oily skin and tried various products but the only one to cut down on my oil was Pro-active.

Make sure you wash it frequently and try oil-blotting sheets, you just rub them on your face and it removes the dirt and oil in your pores. you can get them at victoria's secret, walmart, or basically anywhere, you could also try tanning, im not sure if it would make a big difference, but I know that tanning dries out your skin, so maybe that would help you.

try clean&clear face wash, it works good for me. It doesn't eliminate oil but it keeps it under control. Derma doctor tease zone works great also, you apply it when your face starts to become oily and it dries right up (it's not a face wash it's a greaseless lotion).http://www.dermadoctor.com/product.asp?productid=822&WID=%7B641DEC05%2DDEB9%2D4948%2D9B7D%2D6C62969D6B15%7D
