a couple.....
do a lot of cardio and reduce the amount of food you eat...you say you eat things which are unhealthy.. if you were to cut down the amount of food by a quarter, that's 25% less calories that you are consuming during each meal... at the end of the week... it makes a difference.

Well if you are taking in a lot of calories a day with food then you must burn more calories at the gym. A good way to accomplish this is to cut down the meals at home. If it's all you can eat then eat it but have smaller portions. Try to work out twice a day. It is best to do cardio in the morning then again in the afternoon. During your second work out lift weights for about 30-45 min and then do more cardio. Doing cardio after weights boosts hormone levels 3 times more than vice versa. While lifting weights do lighter weights with more reps. At the end of a full set on one exersise, drop down to a very low weight and go until failure.
ex.
Bench 4 sets 15 reps at 135 lbs(just an estimate)
then drop down to 95 lbs and go to failure.
The most helpful hint I can give you is to keep working and love every small achievment and self goal.

I have lost 100's of pounds and regained it because of not keeping up the exercise. I have tried many crazy ways to loose weight including having my mouth wired shut. I started walking with a friend and she was a big help in getting me started because she was so motivated. I walked every day and we did about 4-5 miles . I did not change my eating habits at all and the weight just started falling off. I lost about 40 lbs in about 3 1/2 to 4 months. I have also done Tao bao or how ever you spell it. Cher had a great tape that I just loved doing as well. The main thing is to just stay motivated and do it faithfully and maintain that life style. Good luck

One of the easiest diet changes you can make is to switch to all water for your drink. You'd be suprised at the calories in a cup of soda or tea and you drink several of those at every meal.
25 lbs in 3 months or two pounds a week in 3 months is a pretty big goal especially without dieting. You need to really commit to your workout. Do weights for atleast an hour atleast four days a week - but don't over do it if you are starting out. Get atleast 30 minutes of good cardio in every day.

i suggest running/jogging/speed walking long disitances.the longer the better until you go over 45 min then your not burning fat anymore..your burning muscle. this is fairly easy to do if you do it 6 days a week.you should at least see a huge impact. do some resistence training to tone out , and use palmers coca butter stretch mark cream to increase the elasticity in your skin, so you dont get stretch marks and it gives you more firmness!

That is such a cop out. You need to take responsability for your own food intake. Your diet is 90% of weight loss. Think about it.... one fatty meal = 2,000 calories or more= 3 hours and twenty minutes of RUNNING. Or, you could eat a healthy meal of 500 calories and <2,000 a day and work out for an hour or so. YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS YOU TAKE RESPONSABILITY AND STOP BLAMING OTHER PEOPLE.

25lbs x 3500cal = 87500cal to lose 25lbs
3 months = 90 days
87500 cal / 90days = 972cal/day
You need to burn 972 calories every day to lose 25lbs in 3 months.
