Are navagations systems standard in rental cars these days?

I need to rent a car when I travel and need to know if I should buy a portable navagations system or do they now come with rental cars? I need to know where I'm going.

no they are not standard, you need to ask for it in advance. Try Hertz rent a car. They have the neverlost system available
