I like this guy at work a lot. I catch him looking at me but he really doesn't talk to me a lot. He will talk to everyone else but me it's simple conversation. Like "What are you going to do this weekend...really....uh huh" Then he will turn around and walk away. It is frustrating. I know he checks me out, I have caught him. But he just doesn't talk to me, like he talks with everyone else. It is obvious that he either likes me or hates me. Or he can tell I like him and just wants to stay away. Either way, I need some advice on what to do.

I think that its obvious that he likes you. He looks at you and checks you out, so that means that he's interested. The part about the not talking to you, that might be because he's scared to. He likes you and is nervous when he is with you. So he wants to avoid conversation. So yeah, that's what I'm guessing based on experience. I think you should just go for it and tell him. The best way is the direct way.

Crushes are good things because what you see in this guy you really love is what you will continue to look for in your next attraction.He's just not in to you.Get his attention and tell him you really would like to get to know him.That's all you can do.
or Just let it go.I think he's playing you.he knows you like him,
but he's involved with someone else.Probably.

i think he kinda likes u but it kinda sounds like that he is just being shy give him a little time to loosen up around u and remember just because a guy checks u out doest automatically mean he likes u.
