I heard this old lady say that there's people that have no guardian angels. Am not to religious but is kind of interesting to know what people think of this.

Yes, every person who has ever been born, or ever will be born, has no guardian angels, since guardian angels do not exist.

Hebrew 1:13-14 states that angels are ministering spirits, sent... to minister to them who shall be heirs of salvation.
In John 17:12, you can read about Jesus mentioning 'the son of perdition' who is determined to be doomed; therefore not every man has guardian angel

Anyone who is, or will become, a Christian has a guardian angel (or more than one) from God.
Mt 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
Presumably all the others, known as the children of the devil, have fallen angels who protect satan's interests (satan's kingdom).
1Jo 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Mt 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Absolutely, in fact, NO ONE has a guardian angel as angels do not exist!

If you are far from knowing God, you are far from his protection.
Angels only minister to those who will inherit salvation. Read Hebrews, New Testament. and the length of Psalm 91.
