If you are open minded only towards organizations that are open minded are you then close minded? YES
In a country where you are free to believe whatever you want religiously, to the extent of "My relatives of long ago were monkies." or "In my next life I want to be a monkey." it is the Christians who are not free to believe as we wish. We are not free to believe what we want. We are constantly facing criticism for what we believe. It is them who attack us that are fearful and close minded. The have closed their minds toward God and are fearful we are right.

If you prove that you know nothing about evolution, or other scientific principles, or are willing to blow them off as nothing more than a guess, then you've proven that you are uneducated. If you are unwilling to accept people for their differences and badger them to join your religion, or say things like "I'll pray for you", then you are closed minded because you can't accept others. If you talk about how much of a punishment other people are going to receive for not believing, then you are fearful and you believe just because you are scared that you'll get punished if you don't, and you are too afraid to live without leaning on your god.
You know very well why you are those things.
Because you see no purpose in your life, and no joy in your life, without your god.

Because they think that their way is THE way. They do not listen to any other ideas. It is a safe way to live. By entertaining other ideas it doesn't make their way right. So people who can't listen to or accept new ideas are closed minded. There is nothing wrong with being closed minded. We can't all be the same. It is the place they are in this life.

Not sure. I am not afraid of homosexuals, but for some reason, I keep getting deemed homophobic. Definatly not afraid. Dont like the acts though. Im not close minded either. And if I am, its because God was first.
