If you are asking if you both have to have an orgasm, then no? You need to things to make a baby. One is the release of an egg by a woman and that happens when she ovulates. That has nothing to do with sex it what happens with a woman every month. The second thing is you have to ejaculate and release sperm in or even near her vaginal opening and it travels to the egg.
Lol I feel like I am teaching sex ed. You can look this all up on the Internet.

No you don't but it helps because when a women orgasms the muscles contract and help move the sperm closer to the egg quicker.

no but it does help it a lot better to get pregnant
