I recently dyed my hair from black to blonde, it has severly dried out and damaged my once soft hair. I would like to know if there is anyway to get the color removed, and revive my hair withought doing anymore damage. Perhaps a more natural approach, or disregarding anything with chemicals.

Once your hair is bleached the color wont ever come out, unless you let it grow out or dye over it with another color.

See, Hair is dead keratin (protein) tissue;
And once damaged, it cannot fix itself -- and (contrary to what advertisers may say) no typical application of any hair care product can ever undo the damage.
Heat and chemicals used in coloring are ruinous to the hair shaft.

The best thing that you can do it buy some shampoo and condioner that at least somewhat will help get your hair just a little stronger.
I recommend Joico K-Pak.
The shampoo.
The condioner.
And the deep penetrating reconstructer.
Its very strong stuff though, so don't use too much of it at a time.

It wont get your hair back to its normal self before the bleaching, (nothing will), but it helps a lot.

Get some really good shampoo and conditioner. I know for a fact that Pantene has some great restorative products. Go google it, you'll be suprised to what amazing products there are out there!

you cant do anything about it till you get your hair healthy again.. You have fried it , no going back now, the only way to fix it is to get it back up to par and start over again, and for heavens sake, DO NOT TRY TO DYE IT RIGHT AWAY, it will cause it to fall out..
