Simple ice cream cake
Ingredients:
Ice cream sandwiches *the kind with chocolate wafers and vanilla ice cream tastes bets
Cool whip
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate candy bar (i like Butterfinger)
Fill the bottom of a class pan with ice cream sandwiches, leaving as little empty space as possible. Cover with cool whip, spreading all over top and in any empty space. Crush chocolate bar in a ziploc bag with rolling pin or other hard object, crumble over cake. Drizzel with chocolate syrup. Chill in freezer if it's melting too much, then cut and serve.

Will need to set in the refridgerator, but does fine at room temperature. So easy and a real hit with kids.
Fruit Fluff
2 - 8oz. containers cool whip, thawed
1 can pie filling, any flavor
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
Mix all ingredients well. Chill at least four hours prior to serving.

Pineapple Surprise......
1 (or 2) store bought graham cracker pie shells.
2 20oz. cans of crushed pineapple including the juice
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip or several cans of Redi-Whip
In a large bowl combine the pineapple and its juice with the pudding. Mix until well blended. Spoon into pie shells and chill at least one hour. When ready to serve add the whipped cream, cut and serve.
Prep time and make time 20 minutes.
Chill time 1 hour
Total time 1 hour 20 minutes.

Jello Parfait
Make Large pkg of Jello per directions and wait until just lightly set. Beat with a beater on high until doubled in volume. Fold in Cool whip until mixed thoroughly. You can refrigerate this until needed, but it does okay if you have to keep it set out at room temperature and is very low calorie.

a trifle is quick and easy and you can pick flavors to suit your taste
cube store bought or home made angel food or pound cake layer it with pudding, fruit and whipped cream. yummy quick and easy
