It's ok. I don't have a boyfriend yet. So we are the same. It just takes time. The only tip I can give u is to start talking to some of the girls around you. That might help. Give yourself a hug from me. It will come. Wait and see. That's what I have been doing.

Hmm okay so lets see what I can do in this case...
First of all you need to work on your self-esteem. I am telling you right now that women are 100 times more observant than men. Have you wondered how they can catch your shoes if they are clean? When you have made a new hair style or cut your hair? Or heck, when you shave or trim eyebrows, etc. They are observant! If you don't have confidence in yourself, they will definetely pick that up, analyze it, and then either take advantage of you or not talk to you whatsoever. Who wants to have a boyfriend/girlfriend that isn't confident in themselves?
Secondly, you'll want to work on your social life. Become more outspoken; read some articles (hopefully credible sources) about socializing with humans. Remember, socializing with humans - even girls - is a skill and isn't a natural birth gift! You need to experiment with it and actually learn how to be an effective communicator. Yes, there are those who are naturally good at it but it doesn't mean you can't learn! It's such a broad subject and just contemplating upon the thought of human interaction is mind-blowing. Seriously, just think about it one night or another and think POSITIVE ways of effectively communicating with those inhabiting your environment.
Lastly, don't expect girls just randomly come to you. Yes, I love girls who are aggressive and ask the guy out but I will also vow that if the woman does not recognize your existence you will therefore not be noted as a potential partner. Honestly, it's common sense. I'll exaggerate. You can't possibly win a lottery if you don't have own a ticket. It's basics; a human cannot interact with another if they don't recognize and acknowledge each other's existence.
Heck, this may sound a bit shallow but do read every word before forming mispercieved concepts, but start going out to places where you would meet girls and start practicing your interaction. And don't just go to random places; if you like athletic girls go to the gym, if you like social girls go to the mall, etc. There are places out there and you need to start exploring! The world is massive - take advantage of it. Also, don't be afraid of being rejected. It's how life works; you fall down in order to get back up (cliche). That's one of the assets of most 'successful men,' they don't take personal attacks if they are insulted, rejected, etc. because they have high self-esteem, which all links back to the above I already wrote.

be more outspoken. talk more. show people that you can make jokes, that you know how to talk, and that you know what they are talking about.
and having a gf doesnt mean anything. it doesnt make you more or less. you should learn to love and accept yourself before you can accept someone else. you cant be happy if you arent happy with yourself first.
