Grapefruit are great at speeding up your metabolism, so eat as much of those as you can. If you are fat though and have been yoyo dieting there's a great chance that you've confused your hypothalamus gland which regulates your metabolism and apatite, among other things. What you would have to do to reset it is go on a juice fast for about 30 days. It can only consist of real fruit that has been squeezed or from just eating them. Bananas shouldn't be part of the fast, they are high in carbohydrates. I'm not saying you don't need them I'm just saying you could go without them. You should consume natural fruits that include grapefruits, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, apples, grapes coconut, wolf berry, pineapple, oranges, and watermelon. It would be best that these fruit came from a organic food store for the best results, because mass produced regular store bought fruit is know to not be as beneficial to your health as organic fruits will; yes there is a difference. Constantly drink water, but never tap water because of the high chlorine and fluoride content used to purify it. If you drink it regularly you can start to develop ulcers. It eats away at your esophagus slowly but surely. Stop eating fast foodhttp://youtube.com/watch?v=CYQvDwEhHcw
watch this it's called meet your meet after watching how your meet is processed you shouldn't want to eat it, but i bet you still will; too many people do. STOP EATING PORK!!! I can't stress this enough I'm really too tired to explain to you what pork is but just don't eat it it's not even meant for humans to eat thats not why they're on this earth. They're here to rid the earth of disease, everything they eat gets stored as fat. Even all of the dead rotted animals that have died on the farm. Farmers feed them these dead animals because it's free food and it's waisting money if they just throw them away. When you eat pork thats what you're eating you're eating any and everything that pig has eatin. Sooo...I hope that helps you i'm going night night im tired.

Look up some foods you might like that are high in fiber. They will keep you from getting hungry so fast. I would also suggest eating small snacks here and there instead of 2 or 3 big meals. You lose cravings and maybe even some weight. Other than that, some good self-discipline is important. I have problems with that one myself. You just have to psych yourself out sometimes. I hope this helps!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Add a little apple cider vinegar and sweet and low (equal, spenda, whatever) to your water. This helps with my cravings greatly no matter if I'm craving sweets, salty stuff, pizza, anything. Carry around celery sticks and baby carrots too for when your on the go, both can last for hours in a baggie in your purse.

To kill food cravings, I usually just eat some slowly.Savouring every bite. Then I stop. After that, I'm ok. Discipline is the key.

Give in just a little. Just enough to get over the craving. Denying yourself the smallest pleasures leads to binges later.
Better to get a little now... than way too much later.

Eat something healthy: apple, carrots, celery...
Seriously, if you are hungry, eat something that will fill you, but that is also good for you. Believe me, you can't eat too much carrots or celery, you will fill full before eating too much!
If you really don't want to eat, then you can drink (water, tea or coffee without sugar or milk), or chew on a sugar-free chewing gum... or wash your teeth...

I'm currently using an apetite supressor called Hoodia Gordonii. I definitely recommend it! You still need to eat with it and you still get hungry (just gets your stomach feeling full more quickly) Also, it cuts down on the snacking between meals.

When I was really counting calories, I would eat sugar-free jello whenever I had cravings. It's fat free, and if I remembe right, the sugar-free had no calories. :P So it's a 'free food' basically. It fills you up too.

find a hobby, find a replacement for your addiction(food), but just remember that for every consequent we deal with there is a cause; and it is up to us deal with it before we move on to the next step.
