I'm currently 157 lbs and I really want to loose weight. Summer is approaching fast and I really wonnna drop down to 130 or 140 lbs. My problem areas are my arms I hate them their soooo chunky, my inner thighs, and a little bit of my stomach(not much though. its not really big) Is there any pills or anything I can to take to drop my weight fast. Please HELPPPPPP!!!!!! I'm tired of being the pretty chunky girl.

Don't take pills. Educate yourself about nutrition and exercise. I know you hear that a lot but eating the right food is key. This doesn't mean alfalfa sprouts and tuna. No, there are great foods out ther that taste great. Go online to different sites about fitness and nutritin and learn. Once you know what you need, you can make the right choices about your food.

tae bo and hot yoga. THE best. my friend lost about 26lbs in a month. so do the math girl. im 22, 4'11", 97lbs..i started because i didnt wanna be this tiny weak *** girl now ihave great lean muscles. this is gonna work! tae bo 5 days a week for 1 hour, other 2 days, do hot yoga for 1hr 30mins to relax your muscles WHILE losing tons of weight by sweating a lot.

well, i am SERIOUSLY underweight for my age and i think i can give you some EFFECTIVE tips!first, drink LOTS of water (especially right before meals).start exercising little the first day and increase the time and power every 3 days.Eat healthy foods, and eat small portions frequently instead of 3 square meals!it REALLY helps! Hope i helped!

You sound like an exact description of myself! What is your height? I am 5 2 and a little over 150 and believe me I am sick of this body I am ready to shed myself of it. I do plan on re-vamping my diet and any tips I have I would love to share with you. Feel free to e-mail me, and please please stay away from the pills. My friend took them and she stopped and she doubled the weight back. Literally doubled! Good Luck!

join a local gym to tone those arms up and that will help with your whole body.Ask a trainer what is the best exersise for that. But do not ask to many questions they might charge you.

a decent meal plan with health natural foods, portion control and exercise is the only real way to loose weight and keep it off.
