ok im on the highschool football team and i heard some ppl on my team were takin steroids and they were the strongest guys on the team but im not gunna take steroids cause of all the side affects. Then i heard about creatine. i wana take it but is it best to take it in a pill or drink i personalley dont like drinking muscle drinks blahh. so i need to know how to take it and what times when im working out and what are the best amount of days to take it while working out

I use creatine, it's great stuff. I had alot of people on steroids when I was in school too. But I was stronger then everyone of them. Benched 345 Lbs my Junior year. I was 2nd behind a guy that didn't use anything he benched 395.
good choice not using roids. Most creatine you take a loading phase. 5grams 4 times a day for 5 days, then just maintain it with 5g once a day before you lift. take it for 2 months then take a month off. then just repeat the cycle.

Your body already makes creatine, so taking it in supplement could possibly be a waste of money. The only way to tell if it works, is to do a muscle biopsy. OUCH! Some people will tell you it is the way to go, but you are saying you won't do steroids, but yet you are willing to consume a substance that is not regulated by the FDA, so you don't know if what you are taking is safe, if it is actually the product stated on the container, or if has been contaminated in any way. The companies that produce these products have no one to answer to so they can make any claim they want. They can put anything they want into the container.
If you want to increase your size, do it the natural way, and spend more time in the gym.

You can always mix a creatine powder in with like a gatorade or any favorite drink of yours. If drinking it, take it like a half hour before you work out, and immdiately after you work out. If taking it in a pill follow the directions on the bottle. Also, drink alot of water when you consume creatine, because it dehydrates you. Hope this helps.

take the powder it is the cheapest.

take 5 grams 4x daily for 5 days to load:

take a maintenance dose of 3-5 grams daily.

remember to drastically increase the water intake as creatine increases cellular hydration levels in skeletal muscle. best results will be seen with a properly designed strength training program and diet

Creatine is fine...follow the directions and cycle off when it tells you to...the best time to take it (powder mixed in water) is about 30 minutes before you workout are right after....

creatine is not a steroid i take the liquid form like in a soda can and drink plenty of water with it.

Eat more protein (the natural way of getting creatine!) and work out.
