Beef Stroganoff
Sautee 2 onions and 3 cloves of garlic(or garlic powder if thats all you have) in 3 tablespoons of butter on medium until onions arent crunchy. Add beef(chopped really small, top round is cheap and good). Sautee beef and stir for 5 minutes max, it wont be cooked through all the way, and make sure its really small. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and one can of milk. add lots of pepper and a large container of sour cream. When that heats through, add small amounts of milk until its as thick as you want it. Serve over egg noodles, no yolks extra broad is my favorite. Only takes 15 minutes start to finish and its soooooo good. Oh, you can use lean ground beef if you dont want to use the steak.

Just get a package of Tuna or hamburger helper. Prepare it as the package directs than add canned or frozen vegetables such as mushrooms, corn, broccoli etc. Finally add pre-cooked chopped chicken and voila! It's quick, has the perfect seasonings from the box and full of vegetables!
