My dermatologist told my daughter to wash her face three times a day and pat your face dry. And always make sure to wash off your make up every night before you go to bed. They have proven that is the best way to help avoid break outs....Oh also stay off the pop and chocolate.

That sounds like pimples. Try an anti acne face wash from the drug store, something with either benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil, or both. Wash you face every morning and before you go to sleep. If your skin get too dry from washing morning and night with the face wash use a gentle soap free cleanser in the morning and the face wash before you go to sleep. Use some witchazel in between washings if your face feel oily, just put some on a cotton ball an apply to your face.
Use some kind of lotion under your make up too and use only oil free, non comedogenic make up, that means it won't clog your pores. You should use sunblock but again, only oil free.

Make sure you wash your face daily. Also try Murad Cleanser Acne gel. This will help wash away excess oils from your face. If the "pimples" get worse or don't go away see a dermatologist.
